What we collect
If you join the launch alert, we collect your email, consent record, source path, and optional UTM attribution. If you submit a workflow, we collect the fields you provide, including work email and optional organization details.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not collect or retain IP addresses in the application database.
Infrastructure and verification
Forms are processed by Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish human form submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect aggregated usage information. Google Analytics 4 is also used to measure site visits and page interactions using measurement ID G-DTXZD4PD6X. Consult Cloudflare’s and Google’s current privacy documentation for their independent processing.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Reader mode uses session storage to remember a display preference. Google Analytics may set or read cookies and collect pseudonymous usage data according to Google’s settings and policies. We will update this policy if production analytics or other storage behavior changes.
Sharing and deletion
We do not sell personal information. We use submitted information to send the requested alert, understand workflow research interest, and respond to corrections or privacy requests. Ask us to delete your record at privacy@howtouseastra.com.
